Irish Clover Granny Free Pattern

You will Need:
Crochet hook : 2.25mm
Tapestry Needle
Cascade yarn in Green and Cream
Stitches used
ch: chain
sc: single crochet
hdc: half double crochet
dc: double crochet
tr: trebble



Pattern:


Round 1: with green yarn, ch2,

sl st in second ch from hook, [ch10, sl st in same sp] 4 times.






Round 2:in first loop *[ 2sc, 2hdc, 3dc, 2tr, dc, hdc, sc, hdc, dc, 2tr, 3dc, 2hdc, 2sc], sl st in middle of beginning 2 ch, *


















Repeat from * to * in each loop





Fasten off

Time to Create your Granny

Round 1:Create the base for your granny
Turn your flower wrong side facing you,
 with Cream Yarn, sl st,

sc,ch3, sc at the four corners of the center of your flower, (creating a square made off 4 times ch3 and sl st)



Do not fasten off
Round 2:  turn your flower right side facing you, sl st in first ch3 loop, ch3, 2dc in same st




ch, 3dc in same st





 repeat from * 3dc, ch 3dc * in each of the 4  loops you created for your granny base,

 this is how your wrong side will look



join with a sl st, to the first ch3
Round 3: ch3, 2dc in same st,

in next ch from previous round corner st, [3dc, ch, 3dc], 



3dc in next st between 2 clusters, 
 in next ch from previous round corner st, [3dc, ch, 3dc], 
 3dc in next st between 2 clusters, and  in next ch from previous round corner st, [3dc, ch, 3dc], 
continue all around, until you reach the beginning of your round

 join with a sl st to ch3 from beginning of round

Round 4 : ch3, 2dc in sane st, 


 3dc in next sp between next cluster
 3dc in next st between 2 clusters, and  in next ch from previous round corner st, [3dc, ch, 3dc], 

  [3dc in next sp between next cluster] twice

continue all around until you reach the beginning of your round
 (3dc in next st between 2 clusters, and  in next ch from previous round corner st, [3dc, ch, 3dc],  [3dc in next sp between next cluster] twice) twice more



 sl st with ch3 from beginning of round

Round 5: repeat round 4 but make sure to have 3 dc clusters in between each corners


 sl st with ch3 from beginning round fasten off
Round 6: with Green yarn, sl st, and sc all around making sure to 3sc in each corner st to create your 90 degree angle







Fasten off
Sew in all loose tails

  3. Thanks a lot to this your pattern and i'll surely mention you when sharing...i'll be doing this to put the fresh lavander, like "senteur de lavande" whovare mostly made in a small bags or pochette but i want to put them inside the 2 grannies...voila.
